Usage: Boil 2.5 kg Caramelized Milk Pudding Powder Mix with 12.5 L of milk over medium heat by continuously mixing. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes more. Grease the inside of a tray of suitable size, sprinkle granulated sugar and pour the dessert you baked. Move it around over high heat for 5-10 minutes until the edges are seared. Keep refrigerated for 2-3 hours after cooling down to room temperature. Slice the caramelized milk pudding and roll.
