Usage: 1 kg Ovalette Whipping Cream powder is whipped with min. 2,5 lt of cold water or cold milk for 3-5 minutes with a mixer until an appropriate consistency is achieved. The whipping cream achieved is recommended to be refrigerated for 10-15 minutes prior to use.
