HOW AND WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
To fulfill our legal obligations as a Company, to perform the agreement between your company and/or you and us, due to the reasons stipulated in the law and as required by the legitimate interests of the Company, we collect your personal data we require from your and or other representatives/employees representing your company by mans of transfer in verbal, physical or electronic means by you and/or the representatives/employees of your company and physically or electronically by means of cameras we place in Company buildings.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be processed by the Company for the following purposes and legal reasons.
Personal data may be processed when required to perform the agreements we have and to fulfill their terms and conditions
• For coordination and execution of goods and services provided to the Company by you or the company and quality control and evaluation related to the service/agreement performance
• For keeping financial and accounting records and performing payment transactions
• For ensuring the communication between suppliers, business partners, external service providers and customers
• Monitoring reception activities
• Receiving support from the employees of the supplier
implementing our Company policies.
It may be processed in order to exercise our right of defense or to fulfill our legal obligation when requested within the scope of a legal process.
It may be processed in order to fulfill legal obligations such as ensuring and auditing the occupational health and safety in the workplace and building.
Your personal data shall be retained for the period of time stipulated by relevant legislation or the purpose for which they are processed.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
From time to time and to the extent required by the activity, your personal data may be shared with third parties such as the company which is the controlling shareholder of our company and its group companies to carry out the internal relations, , with the company undertaking the building management in the country to carry out the operation of our Company, with the professional consultants, accountants or auditors from whom the company receive services, with the companies providing information technology and archive services, with the occupational health and safety institutions and experts from whom we receive services to fulfill our legal obligations, with the institutions, banks with which the company has commercial, administrative or contractual relations.
YOUR RIGHTS
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, provided that you prove your identity, you will have the following rights regarding your personal data;
• to learn whether the company processed your personal data or not; to request information if personal data has been processed,
• to learn the purpose of this data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes or not,
• to learn whether the personal data is transferred at home or abroad and to whom it is transferred.
You will also have the right to request from the Company the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to have the company inform the recipients to whom the data is transferred or conveyed to.
You can request from the Company to have your personal data destroyed (erased, wiped or anonymized) within the framework of the conditions stipulated in article 7 of KVKK. At the same time, you can request that the 3rd parties to whom this data is transferred or may be transferred to be notified about your request for destruction. However, we shall decide on which method is suitable by evaluating your request for destruction based on the conditions of the concrete case. In this context, you can always request information about why we chose the method of destruction we have chosen.
You can object to the results of your personal data analysis created by exclusively using an automated system if these results are against your interests.
You can request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of the personal data.
Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, in case the transaction requires a separate cost for the Company, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué Regarding the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller may be charged.
You are required to submit your application regarding the matters on the processing of your personal data to our Company by filling out the application form in the internet address of the Company, in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address that was previously submitted to us and present in our records. Based on the nature of your request and the type of application, the Company may require additional verifications (such as sending messages to your registered phone number) for the purpose of determining whether the application belongs to you and thus protecting your rights. For example if you apply via your e-mail address registered in the Company, we may require the confirmation of whether the application belongs to you or not by contacting you via another communication method registered in the Company.
