Product Description: Hot preparation: 1 kg Hot Cake gel is mixed with 300-600 gr of water or fruit juice, melted over low heat and boiled for 2 minutes. Rest for a while and then apply on cakes. (If 600 gr of water has been used, the mixture prepared is cooled down to 50 degrees. ) Cold preparation: 1 kg Hot Cake gel is mixed with 300 gr of cold water with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Preparation by machinery: 1 kg Hot Cake gel and 500-600 gr of water are put in the machine. They are baked for 1-2 minutes at 90 degrees. After cooling down to 70 degrees, it is sprayed unto fruit with the help of the machine.
