GARNIMIX WHIPPING CREAM POWDER


Product Description: 1 kg GarnimiX Whipping Cream powder is whipped with 2.5 lt of cold water (around +14 degrees) or cold milk for 3-5 minutes with a mixer until an appropriate consistency is achieved. Recommended to be refrigerated for 10-15 minutes prior to use. Also used in the making of ice-cream. After cooling, the ice-cream milk prepared is mixed with 10 % of Garnimix Whipping Cream powder. Gives the ice-cream a perfect taste and consistency.
