Product Description: 1 kg Pastart Whipping Cream Powder and 2,5 lt or 3 lt cold water (+3/+10 degrees) is whisked for 3-5 minutes with a mixer. Rest for 10 minutes to achieve the appropriate consistency. Re-whisk for 3-5 minutes.
