Product Description: It is prepared by thoroughly mixing 1 kg Jelpo Gellant and 150-300 gr sugar and diluting in 900-100 ml water or fruit juice. As desired, the Jelpo Gellant may also be used the making of pies and cakes by directly mixing with frozen or fresh fruit.
