Product Description: 1 kg Katsan Ovalette Macaron Powder Mix and 200 ml (40-50 degrees) water is mixed at the highest speed of the mixer. Food coloring of desired color is added. The macarons are piped onto the silpat placed tray with a piping bag. The dough is facilitated to be spread by hitting the tray on a flat surface. They are baked for 20-25 minutes at 140 degrees. Fixed with the desired filling and served.
