Product Description: 200 gr of Charlotte Powder, 250 gr of water (25 degrees), 1000 gr of slightly whipped soft consistency whipped cream. Charlotte Powder is melted with lukewarm water through whisking with a wire whip. Then whipping cream is added and incorporated. Poured into the spongecake laid pan. Another layer of cake may be place in the middle as desired. The cake prepared is refrigerated for a while. Served with the decoration of fruits as desired.
